Since 2013 we have been researching and publishing independently on topics including electric cars, electric scooters, electric bicycles and clean energy!

Our website PlugInIndia.com and our YouTube Channel are India’s sole knowledge centers for those wishing to learn about the liberating world of electric vehicles and clean energy. Our aim is to accelerate the shift to plug-in vehicles powered by clean, affordable, domestic electricity and reduce India’s dependence on imported oil.

We interact with the Indian electric vehicle industry on a regular basis, especially before, during, after a new product is being developed. We do this by organizing industry-community meet-ups.

We have conceived "RE:LIVE events" to promote EV’s and have fostered community charging by setting up community charging stations in India. The idea is to encourage communities open up their homes, offices, and businesses for EV owners.

We have also developed a mobile app so that EV users can find the nearest electric vehicle charge point around their location!

We are a small website creating niche content. We cannot expect sponsorship from the electric vehicle industry, as there are few products/services from the industry in the market. Most companies are still focusing on R&D and getting their products out. Support from them cannot be expected at this point.

That’s why we need your help. Your support can help us stay independent and regularly generate content on the developments in the green transport and energy field.
