Soumya Prasad teaches ecology and bio-statistics at the Jawaharlal Nehru University. Her research has focused on seed dispersal in changing landscapes. She is passionate about raising awareness about electric vehicles and solid waste management. She spends her spare time fermenting various grains and fruits, and travelling to find quiet spots to unwind.
