Questions

• So today at 6 PM, that is the time when thousands of people all over India will start making payments and confirming their order for the OLA S1 Pro - with or without the performance upgrade. Let me get this straight - The payment window is only for those who have paid Rs 20,490. It is not for people who have only paid Rs 490 or people who have not paid anything but want to book the scooter. Can you clarify this to the community?
• You announced that in December about 4000 scooters were dispatched. How are you solving complexities in the registration phase that customers have been facing? Can you explain the complexities involved in this step?
• 4000 deliveries which is incredible. No electric scooter companies have done those numbers in one month. Is your production primed for beating this number in Jan, Feb, March and ensuring all the people who pay the final amount will get their scooter in time?
• In twitter we are seeing happy OLA S1 Pro owners taking deliveries not only in big cities but also in small towns. What we are seeing is that all of a sudden EV’s have become more accessible in small towns compared to before. The direct sales model bypassing the dealer is enabling all of this. Is this the model of the future in the auto world? How can it work in a country as complex as India where people prefer a local contact to take care of their vehicles?
• Every customer is assigned a Brand Champion. Can you explain how this works regarding service?
• One last question on Industry trends. We have seen spectacular growth with EV’s in 2021. Will 2022 see even more explosive growth in the EV space? What is driving this growth? What is Ola Electric’s view?
