- Is it safe to use my credit card, debit card or net banking?
Absolutely. Shopping with PluginIndia is completely safe. We use Shopify.com, which uses HTTPS for enhanced security during checkout.
Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends to our PluginIndia store, powered by Shopify. - How does PluginIndia process payments?
PluginIndia.com ensures that every transaction you conduct with us is in a safe and secure environment. We value the trust you place in us. We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved. Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Your transaction is authorized at multiple points, first by RazorPay and subsequently by Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Banks directly without any information passing through us. However we monitor and review transactions on an on-going basis, to identify potentially fraudulent situations and take immediate corrective steps to mitigate/limit any damage caused/likely to be caused from the same.
