- Order Process and Shipping
We will send an order confirmation e-mail (with invoice) once you complete your purchase. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order ships. PluginIndia.com offers shipping in India only. International shipping is only possible by sending a request on email s[email protected]
We work with reputed local couriers or Speed Post to send your packages. We found out that private shipping companies are only after numbers. They are very corporate and money minded in their dealings. Our values do not match with theirs. We want to support local businesses and our government and thus have decided to go with reputed local couriers or Speed Post.
Speed Post has the highest reach anywhere in India and has modern facilities like tracking etc. Tracking information will be provided in the shipping confirmation e-mail.
In time, we might change our logistics partners to suit us better. Your feedback is important, do send any and we will take corrective actions with our shipping partners.
- Delivery of the product
If your order is not serviceable by delivery partners or the vendor or the area is not covered, we will request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on delivery partner’s/Vendor’s delivery list. If there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or services for the area not covered by PLUGININDIA ELECTRICS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. We, will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product. In such cases, PluginIndia will intimate the customer and a refund will be made.
We don't deliver items internationally. However, you can make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world but at the same time ensuring the shipping address is within India.- In case you book multiple orders for the Products and Services in one transaction, efforts will be made to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible. If, you purchase multiple Products in a single transaction these will only be delivered to a single delivery address.
- Shipping charges will remain included in the Sales Price & TAX (VAT/CST) charges will be displayed during checkout as applicable.
There are exceptions in some cases, where shipping is charged extra during Checkout. Some products have no taxes. - PluginIndia.com will deliver packages at your doorstep, normally within 10 working days from the date of placing the purchase order. If your premises are located within a gated and/or high rise complex, then you agree to make available adequate arrangements for smooth carriage by the carrier from such main gate of the complex to your doorstep irrespective of the floor of your premises.
- We will make every effort to carry out deliveries on the given date. The delivery date given to you is an estimate given in good faith. If, we find subsequently that the estimate is inaccurate, we will endeavor to inform you using the registered contact numbers and/or email address from your registered data as available with the company.
- Shipping locations
- If you shop via our website, for the best customer experience, we have decided to deliver each product personally.
- If you shop via our Amazon seller account (coming soon), we ship to wherever amazon delivers in India.
- Order Tracking
- Once we ship the product from our store, you will get an email from us with Tracking URL.
- We try our best to deliver your product well within 10 days of your order.
In a few cases however, we take close to our promised 10 days for delivery. In such cases, we proactively call / email the customer to inform them of the status of their product and where it is in transit.
In the rare case when you have not received any communication from us for 10 days after order, do give us a call at our customer care number (022) 26480990 or email us at [email protected].
- Once the product is delivered and our delivery team leaves your location, we will be able to only honor manufacturing defects and other fair usage breakages as outlined in the warranty policy.
- We work with sellers who have highly specialized quality control measures that ensure the product is up to our standards when you receive the product. In case you receive a damaged product (damage as defined above), please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. - Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within 2 business days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product, or offer you a replacement (Please check our return policy)
- Cancellations
- In the rare case that you do not like the product, you may cancel the order by notifying us.
