The car comes in three variants with the base non - AC version having a range of 80 km to top of the line AC version with a bigger battery pack which provides a single charge range of 120 kms . Battery pack size upgrades are available on all models and an optional fast charger will reduce charge times from 6 hrs to just 3 hrs . The electric drive - train promises a very peppy response with top speeds of 80 kmph which is perfect for city driving and estimated mileage of 40 paise/km
Visually, the Strom R 3 is a clean looking car with an edgy design, a muscular front bumper, LED lights and a two - tone paint job with a white roof that comes with a sunroof . Strom will offer the car in four exterior colour options - Electric Blue, Neon Blue, Red and Black . In terms of dimensions, the Strom - R 3 measures 2 , 907 mm in length, 1 , 450 mm in width, and 1 , 572 mm in height, with a 2 , 012 mm wheelbase .
