Tata Motors has reduced the cost of their subscription service for the Nexon EV. The monthly rental fee starts at Rs 29,500 in Delhi for a 36 month period. They have reduced the price by Rs 12,500.
The subscription, which is offered by Orix India, comes with a distance cap of 1500 to 2500 km per month.

Ola Electric has signed an MOU with the Tamil Nadu government to setup an electric scooter factory, with an investment of 2,400 crores, which will generate 10,000 jobs. This will be the world’s largest scooter manufacturing facility and it will have an annual capacity of 2 million units.

Bengaluru-based electric car startup Pravaig Dynamics unveiled their electric car prototype, the Extinction MK1. The electric car will go in production in late 2021.
The electric car will be sold in in Delhi and Bengaluru initially and later in Mumbai, Chennai and Hyderabad. They plan to offer exclusive lease options only and wont be available for sale to individual buyers.
